Job Description: Retail Executive – Jewellery Showroom

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Retail Executive for our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer handling, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
- Assist with stock management and inventory records.




- Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure a pleasant and skilled customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle retail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Honest, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
