Job Description: Visa Team Leader

Location: Surat, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the visa processing team, ensuring smooth and productive operations.
- Handle visa applications, documentation, and procedures for all countries.
- Review and verify visa documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with respective embassy and consulate requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers for submissions and follow-ups.
- Monitor application status, ensure timely processing, and resolve complex visa-related issues.
- Guide team members on country-specific visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor team performance,



and ensure adherence to service standards and deadlines.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in visa processing, travel operations, or a related field, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of visa procedures and documentation for all countries worldwide.
- Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online visa application portals.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
