Summer Treat Ice Creams is looking for a responsible, motivated, and customer-oriented Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth and efficient business management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and supervise staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, and product availability.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage staff schedules and ensure discipline and punctuality.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail, food service, or store management preferred.
- Valuable communication,



leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing experience.
- Ability to manage a team and handle daily operations independently.
- A positive attitude, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
