About the Role

Medisfera Hospital is looking for a creative, passionate, and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging videos and eye-catching designs for hospital branding, digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media posts, reels, promotional videos, and advertisements.
- Design creative banners, posters, brochures, standees, and marketing materials.
- Edit doctor introduction videos, hospital promotional videos, patient testimonials, and event coverage.
- Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Software & Technical Skills

Video Editing:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Adobe After Effects (Additional Advantage)
- Good understanding of video transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, reels editing, and storytelling.

Graphic Designing:





- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Robust understanding of typography, layout, color composition, and social media creative design.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong creative mindset and visual storytelling abilities.
- Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create professional healthcare and promotional content.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Healthcare, hospital, or agency experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates proficient in both video editing and graphic designing will be preferred.
