To lead and manage production and quality operations to achieve production targets, ensure product quality, improve productivity, minimize rejection and manufacturing costs, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and applicable statutory and safety requirements.

A. Production Management

- Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production activities as per the production plan.
- Ensure achievement of production targets, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization, manpower productivity, cycle time, downtime, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and other resources.
- Reduce production losses, scrap, rework, breakdowns, and process inefficiencies.
- Coordinate with PPC, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices.
- Ensure preventive maintenance coordination and effective utilization of production equipment.
- Monitor and improve production cost, productivity, and operational efficiency.

B. Quality Management

- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings,



control plans, and quality standards.
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
- Monitor in-process inspection, incoming quality, final inspection, and product release activities.
- Reduce internal rejection, customer complaints, PPM, scrap, and rework.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, and other problem-solving techniques.
- Ensure effective implementation of PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, SPC, MSA, and other applicable core tools.
- Coordinate customer audits, system audits, process audits, product audits, and supplier quality activities.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints, audit nonconformities, and corrective actions.
- Review quality performance indicators and initiate improvement actions.
- Ensure calibration and control of inspection, measuring, and testing equipment.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
