Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. Follow up with leads regularly and maintain solid client relationships. Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing. Keep clients informed about project updates, pricing, offers, and market trends. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
