Job Description – Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: Pune
Department: Sales / Customer Relations
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers/visitors professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide project information.
- Coordinate site visits and maintain visitor records.
- Follow up with leads and support the sales team.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in real estate/customer service will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
