- Supervise daily housekeeping activities across the plant, production sheds, offices, canteen, washrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Allocate duties and monitor housekeeping workers’ attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure proper cleaning of fabrication areas, walkways, and common areas.
- Ensure safe collection and disposal of waste and scrap materials.
- Ensure housekeeping workers follow PPE and plant safety rules.
- Monitor cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain daily housekeeping checklists and attendance records.
- Coordinate with Production, Safety, and Maintenance teams to maintain cleanliness.
- Report housekeeping issues and manpower requirements to HR / Plant Administration.
- Maintain all housekeeping records in the shared drive.
Qualification and Experience
- Minimum 10th / Intermediate qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or PEB industry.
