About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram/Gurgaon to handle sales of interior materials. The candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, have valuable communication skills, and be comfortable travelling to customer locations for measurements and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers at the store and understand their requirements.
- Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales.
- Handle customer queries and enquiries over the phone.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Visit customer sites/homes for measurements and requirement assessment.
- Prepare and provide estimates/quotations based on customer requirements.
- Explain products, pricing, specifications, and available options to customers.
- Maintain and manage store displays and ensure products are presented properly.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, measurements, quotations, and other requirements.
- Maintain basic sales records and customer information using Microsoft Office.




- Support the overall day-to-day functioning of the showroom/store.

Requirements

- Candidate residing in Gurugram/Gurgaon only.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Must own a bike or scooty for travelling to customer locations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Should be confident in sales and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Should be able to take accurate measurements at customer locations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / computer operations.
- Should be presentable, responsible, and willing to travel locally within Gurugram.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
