KRThreads is a premier custom apparel and uniform manufacturing business specializing in DTF printing and commercial multi-head embroidery. We provide high-quality, customized uniforms and merchandise for cafes, restaurants, schools, academies, salons, and corporate clients.

​Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven professional to handle both lead generation and client closing. This is a hybrid role where you will divide your time between outbound telecalling to generate new leads and conducting field visits to meet clients, showcase samples, and secure B2B uniform orders.

​Key Responsibilities:

​1. Telecalling & Lead Generation

- ​Conduct daily outbound calls to targeted B2B sectors (schools, hotels, restaurants, coaching academies, and salons) to pitch custom printing and embroidery services.
- ​Identify decision-makers, understand their current uniform needs, and generate interest in KRThreads' packages.
- ​Schedule qualified, in-person meetings for yourself to follow up on.
- ​Log all daily calls, client details, and lead statuses accurately in the KRThreads Google Sheet Tracker in real-time.

​2. Field Sales & Client Meetings

- ​Travel within Patna to meet with scheduled prospects and conduct direct field pitching.
- ​Present physical fabric samples, product catalogs,



and visual design mockups to clients.
- ​Gather precise client requirements regarding garment types (e.g., polo t-shirts, caps, aprons), sizing breakdowns, and logo placements.
- ​Calculate estimates, provide formal quotations, and follow up to secure the order.
- ​Negotiate terms, close deals, and collect initial advance payments to initiate the production stage.

​3. Reporting & Pipeline Management

- ​Update the shared 'Meeting & Sales Log' immediately after field visits with meeting outcomes and deal statuses.
- ​Submit a structured End-of-Day (EOD) summary via WhatsApp detailing total calls made, meetings attended, new deals closed, and advances collected.
- ​Ensure a seamless handover of accepted orders and client specifications to the operations and production team.

​Qualifications & Requirements:

- ​Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills in Hindi; basic professional English is a plus.
- ​Prior experience in telecalling, field sales, or B2B business development is highly preferred.
- ​Must own a reliable two-wheeler and hold a valid driver's license for daily field visits across Patna.
- ​Comfortable using digital tracking tools, specifically Google Sheets and WhatsApp, for daily reporting and pipeline management.
- ​Self-motivated with a robust drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
