Seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and proactive Building Manager to oversee the daily operations, security, and maintenance of our 6-flat residential building. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for residents, coordinate with maintenance vendors, and ensure the premises remain clean, safe, and smoothly functional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine walk-throughs of common areas (staircases, roof, parking area). Coordinate and supervise plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs with local technicians.
- Utility Monitoring: Ensure daily operations run smoothly, including water pump operations, overhead tank cleanings, municipal water timing schedules, and generator/inverter maintenance during power cuts.
- Security Supervision: Coordinate with the building's security guards. Monitor entry/exit logs for visitors, delivery persons, and service staff. Periodically review CCTV camera footage.
- Vendor & Corporation Liaison:



Supervise routine cleaning staff (sweepers/garbage collectors). Handle communication with local authorities or CESC/KMC if utility disruptions occur.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the first point of contact for flat owners or tenants regarding building issues, rules, or emergency maintenance requests.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a building caretaker, society supervisor, or property assistant.
- Skills: Basic understanding of residential plumbing, water pumps, and electrical systems. Solid communication skills in Bengali or Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Attributes: High integrity, reliability, and the ability to handle small disputes professionally.
- Proximity: Preference will be given to candidates living within a short commuting distance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
