Job Summary

Limar Trading Agency LLP is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Van Sales Executive to manage daily van sales, retailer visits, order collection, product sales and payment collection.

The candidate will be responsible for covering assigned routes, developing new retail customers and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit retail shops and customers according to the assigned route.

* Take orders and sell FMCG products directly to retailers.

* Develop recent customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

* Ensure proper product availability and presentation at customer locations.

* Handle cash and credit sales responsibly.

* Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers.

* Maintain accurate sales and collection records.

* Coordinate with the office and Sales Manager regarding orders, collections and customer requirements.

* Report daily sales, collection, expenses and market feedback.

* Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.

* Ensure proper handling of company products and maintain the assigned vehicle/stock responsibly.

* Follow company sales,



collection and reporting procedures.

Requirements

* Minimum Plus Two qualification.

* 1 years of FMCG / Van Sales / Field Sales experience preferred.

* Experience in FMCG distribution or retail sales will be an advantage.

* Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales reporting and mobile applications.

* Good knowledge of local market and routes is an advantage.

* Valid driving licence is required.

* Two-wheeler driving experience is preferred.

* Malayalam communication is essential.
