.Net Lead

Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in Net Core MVC backend development and Copilot driven agentic approach to design and implement scalable web applications

Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Net Core and ASPNET MVC Core Build and expose RESTful APIs using NET Core WebAPI following MVC Core architecture

Utilize Entity Framework EFEF Core for efficient database interactions and ORM Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software products

Leverage Copilot driven agentic approach for modernization and implementation Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Net Core ecosystem

Work on integrating Microservices architectures and LINQ queries to enhance application functionality

Good to have

Should have working experience on Redis Cache

Monolithic to Microservices migration knowledge is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of backend components using Net Core MVC framework Architect scalable and maintainable web APIs with NET Core WebAPI Implement database models and data access layers using Entity Framework Core

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in backend systems Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to coding standards





Drive adoption of Microservices and LINQ where applicable to improve system modularity and data querying efficiency Participate in sprint planning estimation and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery
