About the Role

AHZ Study Abroad is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our student support and lead engagement team. The role involves handling initial communication with prospective students, understanding their requirements, responding to student queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend and respond to student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Make initial calls to leads and understand their study-abroad requirements, interests, and plans.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about study-abroad opportunities and the services offered by AHZ Study Abroad.
- Qualify leads and identify students with genuine interest and potential for further counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely responses.
- Update lead and student information accurately in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams for further follow-up and conversion.
- Build positive relationships with students and provide professional customer service.




- Handle student concerns professionally and escalate complex queries to the appropriate team.
- Maintain daily call records, follow-up updates, and other required reports.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and prospective customers over the phone.
- Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student queries and follow-ups efficiently.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and positive in approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, student counselling, or education consultancy will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
