The right candidate should have a diploma/degree in hospitality with 1-3 years experience working in a similar brand.

Responsibilities:-
1. Smooth day to day operations, ensuring actual 'demould' experience for each and every customer.

2. Optimising sales and meeting monthly targets.

3. Hiring & Training team as and when required.

4. Ensuring hygiene, cleanliness and aesthetic display.

5. Coordinating with Kitchen Manager for daily and special requirements.

6. Maintaining daily reports regarding sales, expenses, wastage and enquiries.

7. Analysing and Reporting store performance to the founder directly.

CTC: Rs. 2.8-3.2 LPA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
