We are looking for a motivated Cyber Security Specialist & Technical Trainer with 6 months to 1 year of practical experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cyber security, ethical hacking, vulnerability assessment, and network security, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring cyber security professionals. This role combines practical cyber security responsibilities with hands-on technical training, workshops, and project-based learning.

Key ResponsibilitiesCyber Security and Technical Operations

- Identify, analyze, and respond to cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, and potential security incidents.
- Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on web applications, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct security audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Configure and monitor firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus solutions, and network security tools.
- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms and log analysis tools.
- Support incident response activities and investigate potential security breaches.
- Perform security testing for web applications, APIs, cloud environments, and infrastructure.




- Prepare security assessment reports, technical documentation, and recommendations.
- Explore AI-powered cyber security tools to improve threat detection, vulnerability analysis, and security operations.

Technical Training and Student Mentoring

- Deliver cyber security and ethical hacking training sessions at Acadeno Research and Innovation Center and partner colleges.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions covering networking, ethical hacking, VAPT, and web application security.
- Mentor students through practical labs, Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, live projects, and simulated security scenarios.
- Design practical exercises and learning materials to help students develop industry-relevant cyber security skills.
- Conduct technical workshops, seminars, hackathons, and cyber security awareness programs.
- Evaluate student progress and provide guidance to improve their technical knowledge and practical skills.
- Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, security technologies, AI developments, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in cyber security or information security.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and Windows/Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT).
- Practical familiarity with tools such as Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, or equivalent tools.
- Good understanding of web application security and the OWASP Top 10.
- Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM platforms, and security monitoring tools.




- Basic knowledge of cloud security and Identity and Access Management (IAM) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and AI-assisted cyber security workflows is preferred.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop cyber security skills.
- Willingness to conduct technical training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
