About the Role

We are looking for a Lead – Growth & Compliance to drive business growth, RERA compliance, project sanctioning and regulatory matters for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business development and growth initiatives for the organisation.
- Identify and evaluate new real estate, redevelopment, JV/JDA and investment opportunities.
- Handle RERA compliance and project-related regulatory requirements.
- Lead and coordinate project sanctioning, approvals and statutory permissions.
- Evaluate project feasibility, development potential, FSI/TDR and commercial viability.
- Coordinate with architects, legal advisors, consultants and relevant authorities.
- Build strong relationships with landowners, consultants, government authorities and other stakeholders.
- Advise Management on new opportunities, regulatory matters, risks and project feasibility.
- Lead and manage the overall Growth & Compliance function.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of experience in real estate/construction, business development,



RERA, sanctioning or project development.
- Strong practical knowledge of RERA and the Pune real estate market.
- Valuable understanding of project approvals, sanctioning, FSI/TDR and development regulations.
- Strong business development and commercial understanding.
- Good stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with redevelopment/JV/JDA projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities and work closely with senior Management.
