Job Title: Site Incharge – Transport & Logistics
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dependable Site Incharge to oversee our day-to-day transport and fleet operations on-site. The candidate will be responsible for managing fleet movements, supervising driver schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating seamless transport operations to meet client and operational deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

- Fleet & Site Management: Oversee daily vehicle dispatch, routing, loading/unloading, and site operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Driver & Staff Supervision: Supervise on-site drivers, helpers, and contractors; manage shift rosters, attendance, and duty assignments.
- Maintenance & Vehicle Inspection: Conduct regular vehicle checks, track maintenance schedules, and coordinate prompt repairs to minimize downtime.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logbooks, gate passes, fuel records, trip sheets, and daily operational reports.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines, transport regulations, and site safety protocols for all personnel and equipment.
- Vendor & Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, transport vendors, and internal management.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in site management, transport, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Skills: Strong leadership,



operational problem-solving, route optimisation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with transport regulations, vehicle maintenance, and basic logistics documentation.
- Working Hours: Flexibility to work in shifts and manage on-site emergencies.
