About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and user-focused UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience designing digital products across web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between user needs and business objectives, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Researchers throughout the product lifecycle—from initial discovery and ideation to final UI design, prototyping, and developer handoff.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Discovery

- Conduct user interviews, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user needs and identify pain points.
- Translate research insights into actionable design solutions.
- Validate design decisions through user feedback and testing.

Information Architecture & Wireframing

- Create user flows, information architecture, customer journey maps, and wireframes.
- Develop low- and mid-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate product concepts and workflows.
- Simplify complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.

Visual & Interface Design

- Design high-fidelity, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Apply strong principles of visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, and interaction design.
- Create intuitive micro-interactions and animations that enhance the overall user experience.

Design Systems

- Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across products, platforms, and user touchpoints.
- Establish reusable components, design tokens, and UI patterns.

Prototyping & Developer Handoff

- Create interactive, mid- to high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder reviews and usability testing.
- Prepare accurate, developer-ready designs, specifications, assets, and interaction details.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Address UI/UX issues during implementation and provide design solutions based on technical feasibility.
- Review implemented designs and help maintain design quality and consistency in production.

Key Qualifications:

- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing digital products for SaaS platforms, web applications, and/or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes, user-centered problem-solving, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables/Design Tokens, and Interactive Prototyping.
- Familiarity with prototyping and interaction-design tools such as Framer, Principle, or ProtoPie.
- Proven experience creating, maintaining, or contributing to scalable design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, responsive design, and interaction design.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of modern web and mobile development practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions using user needs, research, data, and business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in a product-based or SaaS environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
- Understanding of usability testing and product analytics.
- Experience designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Knowledge of contemporary design trends, interaction patterns, and accessibility best practices.
