Key Responsibility:-

· Identify, map, and pitch to potential industrial B2B buyers across targeted segments (Oil & Refinery Plant, Steel, Dairy Plants, Rice Plant, Power Plants, Textile, Pharms, Food & Beverage etc.)

· Conduct cold calls, site visits, and technical presentations to Plant Heads, Utility Engineers,Utilities Managers and Procurement Teams.

· Secure annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) and repeat orders for bulk water treatment chemical supplies.

· Coordinate with the internal technical team to organize on-site chemical trials, water analysis testing, and validation reports for prospective clients.

· Understand technical requirements of client utility systems (Boilers, Cooling Towers, RO Units) to Recommend the right chemical dosages and formulations.

· Track local industrial hub developments, upcoming plants, competitor pricing strategies, and Product Offerings.

· Execute targeted B2B marketing campaigns, distribute technical product collateral, and

Represent the brand at regional industrial exhibitions and sugar mill expos.

Qualification & Skills:

· Experience:



2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, specifically dealing with industrial chemicals, water treatment systems, or engineering utilities.

· Skills: Confident negotiation capabilities, impactful presentation delivery, strong verbal & written communication skills.

· Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of functional & operational demands of industrial boilers, cooling towers, and RO plants etc.

· Travel: Highly enthusiastic about field sales; willing to travel within assigned industrial clusters or regional zones.
