Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Software Testing Engineer / QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications and SaaS products. This is a 100% office-based position in our Mohali office. Applicants must be willing to work on-site every day—no remote or work-from-home option is available.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases for web applications and SaaS products
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
- Test REST APIs and integrations
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing
- Work closely with developers to identify and resolve quality issues
- Participate in release testing and deployment validation
- Maintain test documentation, test plans, and QA reports
- Help improve testing processes and automation over time

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in software testing/QA




- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
- Experience with manual testing of web applications
- Good knowledge of API testing and tools such as Postman
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
- Solid understanding of regression, integration, functional, and exploratory testing
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with developers and product teams

Nice to Have

- Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience testing React and Node.js applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with performance or load testing
- Knowledge of Git and database testing

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
