- Event Planning & Strategy: Consult with hospital administrators, department heads, and medical staff to define event goals, target audiences, and budgets. [1]
- Logistics & Scheduling: Manage venues, audiovisual equipment, scheduling, speaker itineraries, and regulatory or hospital safety compliance. [1, 2]
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Source, negotiate, and coordinate with caterers, decorators, security teams, and rental agencies. [1, 2]
- Community & Health Outreach: Coordinate promotional activities, medical screening drives, awareness programs, and public relations events. [1]
- Budget Oversight: Create detailed event budgets, track expenses, approve vendor invoices, and prevent cost overruns. [1, 2]
- In office Supervision & Post-Event Evaluation: Oversee live event operations, troubleshoot real-time issues, gather attendee feedback, and write post-event reports.
