Job Summary

Neeraj Communication is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance / Quality Control professional with strong practical knowledge of industrial machinery, equipment operation, quality inspection, and inventory management. The candidate should be technically sound, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining proper quality and inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor the quality of products, materials, and work processes as per company standards.
- Have good knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools used in the production/operations process and their proper operation.
- Operate and handle machinery safely and efficiently whenever required.
- Identify quality issues, defects, or operational problems and coordinate for timely corrective action.
- Maintain proper inventory records of machinery, equipment, raw materials, and other related items.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate stock records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports,



inventory records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained and used as per operational and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with operations/production teams to maintain required quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement in quality, processes, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
- Strong practical knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to understand and operate different types of machinery.
- Good knowledge of quality inspection and control processes.
- Experience in inventory management and record maintenance.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate with different teams.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Jammu location will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
