2 - 4 years of overall experience with 1-2 year experience in Telecom ISP repair and troubleshooting domain
- Strong understanding of ISP repair flows and fault isolation
- Ability to detect false closures and incorrect diagnostics
- High attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of QA frameworks, scorecards, and audit tools
- Effective feedback and communication sk

Ensure call quality, technical accuracy, and compliance across ISP repair voice interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and audit ISP repair voice calls for quality and accuracy
- Evaluate troubleshooting logic, FCR validity, and compliance
- Audit ticket documentation and escalation quality
- Deliver structured feedback and coaching inputs
- Identify systemic defects impacting MTTR and CSAT
- Participate in calibrations with operations and clients
