key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and maintenance spares.
- Procure services, consumables, tools, safety items, and other non-raw-material requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and service providers.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Production, Finance, and other departments for procurement requirements.
- Negotiate payment terms, credit periods, freight, warranty, and other commercial conditions.
- Monitor purchase costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and approval procedures.
