Job Role: Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive student enrolments, generate leads, build relationships, and promote SkillSphere’s educational and skill development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and convert prospective students into admissions.

- Counsel students about courses, university admissions, and skill development programs.

- Conduct follow-ups with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.

- Build relationships with students, parents,



and potential partners.

- Support marketing campaigns and achieve enrolment targets.

- Maintain lead records and prepare daily progress reports.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in calling, counselling, and interacting with students.

- A target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Location: SkillSphere Institute, First Floor, Dhadiwal Complex, Opposite MOIL, Chhaoni, Nagpur – 440013.
