Arabic-Speaking Business Development Executive – Saudi Market

We are looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking Business Development Executive to join our Bengaluru team and help grow our business across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

This is not just a lead-generation role. You will be trained to gradually manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from identifying prospects and qualifying opportunities to product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closing deals, and growing existing accounts.

What You'll Do

- Identify and approach potential customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calling, WhatsApp, email and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements
- Present and demonstrate our ERP and business technology solutions
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for complex requirements
- Prepare proposals and quotations and manage follow-ups
- Handle objections and commercial negotiations
- Work toward independently closing sales opportunities
- Maintain leads, opportunities and activities in CRM
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Support Arabic communication and market-development activities for Saudi Arabia

Who We're Looking For

- Fluent/native or near-native Arabic communication skills
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and video calls
- Interest in sales, business development and technology
- Commercial mindset and willingness to work toward sales targets
- Fast learner who is comfortable learning new software and business processes




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, IT, Management or a related field is preferred

Fresh graduates with excellent Arabic communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience with ERP, Odoo, SaaS or B2B technology sales is an advantage, but not mandatory. We will provide training on our solutions, sales process and ERP concepts.

Especially Relevant Experience

Candidates who understand Saudi/GCC business culture, communication style or Arabic dialects will have an advantage.
