Our solutions include bioreactors, fermenters, CIP/SIP systems, buffer and media preparation skids, filtration systems, and custom-engineered process equipment installed across more than 30 countries.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Production to manage pressure-vessel and piping-manufacturing activities at our factory and project sites. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, shop-floor supervision, quality compliance, material planning, team leadership, FAT/SAT support, and timely project execution.Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities in line with project schedules.
- Supervise pressure-vessel, piping, testing, and packing operations.
- Review material requirements for vessel and piping manufacturing.
- Coordinate with project, quality, purchase, site, and other internal teams.
- Plan rigging, equipment installation, and site-manufacturing activities.
- Interact with customers during factory visits, pre-FAT, FAT, and SAT.
- Apply ASME BPVC requirements during vessel manufacturing and testing.
- Ensure compliance with ASME BPE requirements in piping manufacturing.
- Implement ISO 9001:2015 requirements within the Production Department.




- Allocate work to engineers and monitor daily priorities and progress.
- Coordinate subcontracting and outsourcing activities with the Purchase Department.
- Support the development and qualification of welders and welding operators according to ASME and EN standards.
- Maintain shop-floor hygiene and workplace standards in accordance with 5S and customer requirements.
- Implement continual-improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve quality.
- Travel to domestic and international customer sites as required.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the fabrication industry; experience in biopharmaceutical equipment manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pressure-vessel and piping-manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of ASME BPVC, ASME BPE, ASME standards, and EN standards.
- Experience working with stainless-steel grades such as SS 316, 316L, 304, 304L, 1.4435, and 1.4404.
- Practical knowledge of circulation pumps, heat exchangers, mixers, and agitators, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Experience in production planning, material requirement planning, shop-floor management, and project execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver actions on time with the required quality.

Preferred CandidateThe ideal candidate is a proactive production qualified with strong technical knowledge, effective team-management skills, and hands-on experience in pressure-vessel and piping fabrication for pharmaceutical or bioprocess applications.

Pay: ₹482,000.00 - ₹1,610,000.00 per year
