About the Role

Aadishwar Food Products is seeking a dynamic and innovative Food Technology professional to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in New Product Development (NPD), develop and implement marketing strategies for company products. packaging innovation, product improvement, and managing relationships with strategic customers and marketplace partners. This position offers an excellent chance to contribute directly to the company's growth and product portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Management

- Develop and implement marketing strategies for company products.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent product/brand identity.
- Develop creative ideas for product promotion and customer engagement.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and promotional channels.
- Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.

Packaging Development

- Coordinate the development and improvement of product packaging.
- Ensure packaging compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to identify cost-effective packaging solutions.
- Improve product shelf life, appearance, and functionality through packaging innovations.





Key Account & Customer Management

- Coordinate and communicate with major customers and business partners.
- Handle customer requirements, documentation, and product-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and marketplace partners.
- Support onboarding and business expansion activities with large clients.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Monitor product performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in audits, certifications, and compliance-related activities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong academic projects may apply.
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of food processing and food safety standards.
- Understanding of product formulation and packaging materials.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary: 15,000 to 30,000

Job timing: 9am to 7pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
