Responsibilities:

- System Maintenance: Oversee the park’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems such as bookings, ticketing, inventory, and POS (Point of Sale) systems function without interruptions.
- Technical Support: Provide in office and remote technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Network Management: Ensure the park’s Wi-Fi, communication systems, and security cameras are always functional and optimized.
- Data Management: Manage the storage and backup of customer data, sales data, and operational data, ensuring data privacy compliance with Indian regulations.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data from breaches or unauthorized access.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and Indian data protection laws.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
