Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Territory Manager to manage business operations and sales growth across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer management, farmer engagement, market development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales and business targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and farmers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct farmer meetings, product demonstrations, field visits, and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective product availability and market penetration.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Manage and strengthen the dealer/distributor network.
- Generate regular sales and market reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, collections, and customer support.
- Ensure timely achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.





Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / B.Tech Agriculture or relevant qualification.
- Experience: 3–8 years of experience in Agri Sales, Crop Protection, Fertilizers, Seeds, or Agricultural Inputs.
- Strong understanding of the agriculture market and crops in the assigned territory.
- Good dealer/distributor and farmer network.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
