- Process customer bills accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI and other payment modes.
- Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
- Verify prices, discounts, offers and loyalty points before billing.
- Handle returns, exchanges and cancellations as per company policy.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports.
- Coordinate with sales and store teams for smooth billing.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the billing counter.
- Resolve basic customer queries professionally.
- Ensure proper handling and security of cash and documents.
