Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Follow up with customers regarding their requests and concerns.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while communicating with customers.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Experienced Candidates:



Candidates with prior experience in customer support, customer service, or telecalling are preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
