We are looking for loading and Dispatch incharge to supervise and coordinate the safe, accurate, and timely loading of sheet metal components, fabricated products, raw materials, and finished goods into vehicles, ensuring proper material handling, quantity verification, documentation, and on-time dispatch to customers.

Key Responsibilities

A. Loading and Dispatch Operations

- Supervise the loading and unloading of sheet metal components, fabricated parts, assemblies, and raw materials.
- Ensure materials are loaded according to dispatch instructions, delivery challans, invoices, and customer requirements.
- Verify item descriptions, part numbers, quantities, and customer details before loading.
- Ensure correct vehicle allocation and loading sequence based on delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure materials are ready on time.
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched within the committed delivery schedule.

B. Material Handling and Safety

- Ensure proper handling of sheet metal parts to prevent scratches, dents, bending, deformation, and other damage.
- Ensure materials are packed, stacked, secured, and protected properly during transportation.
- Follow secure loading practices and prevent overloading of vehicles.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow factory safety procedures.
- Supervise the safe use of forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, and other material-handling equipment by authorized operators only.
- Maintain housekeeping in loading and dispatch areas.

C. Documentation and Verification

- Verify delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain loading records, vehicle details, dispatch timings, and material quantities.
- Obtain the required verification and authorization before releasing materials.
- Report quantity mismatches, damaged materials, missing items, or documentation errors immediately.




- Ensure proper handover of materials and documents to drivers or transport personnel.

D. Team Management

- Allocate loading activities to loading workers and helpers.
- Monitor worker attendance, productivity, discipline, and work allocation.
- Train workers in proper material handling, loading methods, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with security personnel for vehicle entry, exit, and dispatch clearance.
- Ensure adequate manpower is available during peak dispatch periods.

E. Reporting and Coordination

- Prepare daily loading and dispatch reports.
- Report completed, pending, and delayed dispatches to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the Planning and Production teams regarding urgent customer requirements.
- Inform the concerned department immediately about any loading delay or dispatch issue.
- Maintain records of loading-related damages, customer complaints, and corrective actions.

4. Qualifications and Experience

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in loading, dispatch, stores, or logistics operations.
- Experience in a sheet metal, fabrication, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and material verification is desirable.
- Experience handling sheet metal components, fabricated assemblies, or industrial materials is an advantage.

5. Required Skills

- Team handling and manpower coordination.
- Material identification and quantity verification.
- Knowledge of safe loading, stacking, and packing practices.
- Basic documentation and computer skills.
- Time management and coordination with multiple departments.
- Ability to identify and prevent material damage.
- Good communication, discipline, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
