Job Description: E-Commerce Platform Management Team

Position: E-Commerce Operations Executive / Team
Department: E-Commerce
Location: Office-Based
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy team to manage our e-commerce website platform, handle vendor coordination, maintain data, and support daily online operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search for products and vendors using the internet.
- Contact vendors through phone calls and coordinate with them regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Collect, enter, update, and maintain product and vendor data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Upload product details, descriptions, images, and pricing to the website.
- Use ChatGPT and other AI tools for content creation, product descriptions, data organization,



and daily work support.
- Handle customer and vendor queries and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth platform operations.

Required Skills:

- Basic computer knowledge and positive internet browsing skills.
- Good communication and telephone-calling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry.
- Ability to use ChatGPT effectively for daily tasks.
- Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
