Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee records.
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Handle employee queries, performance tracking, and workplace discipline.
- Support management in hiring and team-building initiatives.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and Operations.
- Solid communication and people-management skills.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
- Experience in a digital marketing/agency environment is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
