Job Title: Insurance Sales Executive
Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month, based on interview and experience

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executives for a Life Insurance sales process in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance sales along with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle sales activities for Life Insurance and Term Insurance products
- Contact and communicate with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance products
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Convince customers and convert leads into successful sales
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain professional customer relationships




- Follow the company's sales process and guidelines

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of sales experience
- Mandatory experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance sales
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Relevant insurance sales experience is preferred

Salary & Benefits

- Salary up to ₹27,000 per month
- Salary based on experience and interview performance
- Salary credited on the 1st of every month
- Day shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
