Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment, reactors, and control panels as per SOPs
- Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate) and adjust as needed to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and report malfunctions or deviations promptly
- Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and adherence to plant safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate production logs, batch records, and shift reports
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Handle raw material charging, mixing, and product discharge as per process requirements
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Support housekeeping and 5S practices at the workstation




- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and participate in root cause analysis.

Requirements:

- Diploma/ITI in Chemical Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in chemical plant operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment and must be able to handle glass wear.
- Working knowledge of process safety and statutory compliance (Factory Act, PSM)
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Basic computer skills for logging data and reports.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
