Designation: Sales Planning & Operations Coordinator

1. Sales Planning

- Prepare sales plans, targets, and forecasts.
- Monitor monthly and annual sales performance.
- Track sales achievements against planned targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business goals.

2. Client Follow-up

- Follow up with existing clients regarding enquiries, requirements, and orders.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain order confirmations.
- Maintain regular communication and ensure timely responses to client queries.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client-related issues.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

- Maintain and update the sales pipeline, including current enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and confirmed orders.
- Track potential business opportunities and follow up on pending leads.
- Monitor order conversion status and expected business.

4. Sales Revenue Monitoring

- Track actual sales revenue against targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor pending orders, billing, and sales realization.




- Identify sales gaps and report performance updates to management.

5. Order Coordination

- Coordinate order processing and order status updates.
- Follow up with production, planning, stores, and dispatch teams regarding order fulfilment.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Track pending, completed, and delayed orders.

6. Reporting and MIS

- Prepare sales performance reports, pipeline reports, and order status reports.
- Maintain accurate customer, enquiry, quotation, and order records.
- Provide regular updates on sales targets, revenue, and business opportunities to management.

7. Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Support management in sales reviews, business planning, and decision-making.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
