Spanish language proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) is MANDATORY for this role.

This is a deal-breaker requirement. Candidates without strong Spanish skills will not be considered. About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Validator to join our Operations team in Mumbai. This role focuses on validating

supplier data and documentation submitted on Achilles platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined standards.

You will work closely with Supplier Account Managers and internal teams, and regularly communicate with Spanish-speaking suppliers. Accuracy, language skills, and the ability to follow processes are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Validation & Quality:

- Review supplier questionnaires and supporting documents submitted in Spanish and English

- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with scheme standards

- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and follow up with suppliers

- Communicate clearly with suppliers (email and calls) to resolve data issues in Spanish

- Update and maintain supplier records using internal systems and CRM tools

- Maintain accurate logs of all supplier communication

- Review and process non-standard data requests where applicable

Process & Productivity:





- Manage work efficiently through CRM queues

- Process questionnaires within agreed SLAs

- Support timely publication of validated data on the system

- Monitor document expiry and renewal timelines and flag to relevant teams

Collaboration & Support:

- Work closely with Supplier Account Managers to ensure smooth customer experience

- Respond promptly and clearly to internal and external queries

- Support team objectives through daily huddles, reviews, and meetings

Business Improvement:

- Participate in team meetings to suggest process improvements

- Follow defined standards, protocols, and quality benchmarks

- Actively learn and develop skills through training and coaching

Mandatory Language Requirement:

- Fluent Spanish (spoken, written, and reading)

- Ability to draft emails, read documents, and communicate confidently with Spanish-speaking suppliers Required Skills & Knowledge:

- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy

- Good computer skills, especially MS Office and databases

- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Customer-focused mindset

Experience & Qualification:

- Previous experience in data validation, quality checking, or operations support preferred

- Any graduate
