Internship Tenure : 03-06 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records.
- Assist with joining formalities and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement and daily HR activities.
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com or relevant qualification.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
