HR Lead – Manufacturing

Location: Pune, Maharashtra | Experience: 5–10 Years | Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Thermal Management

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead to build and manage the HR function for a growing manufacturing organization. The role will partner closely with Management, Operations, Production, Quality, R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
- Manage plant/manufacturing HR, employee relations, attendance, shifts, and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and contractor compliance.
- Drive performance management, training & development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, processes, and HRMS systems.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, manpower budgets,



and analytics for management.
- Support organization development, succession planning, and capability building.

Ideal Candidate:

MBA/PGDM in HR preferred, with 5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering. Strong knowledge of Indian labour compliance, recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR analytics is expected.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
