- Assist chefs in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Wash, peel, cut, chop, and prepare ingredients as required.
- Ensure all mise en place is ready before food service.
- Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and banquet operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Assist in proper storage and organization of food ingredients and supplies.
- Support chefs in basic cooking, plating, portioning, and presentation.
- Minimize food wastage through proper handling and portion control.
- Work as part of the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth food service.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
