Branch Manager – Field Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch operations, lead the sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly targets. This is a field-oriented role, requiring regular market visits, client meetings, team supervision, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day branch sales and business operations.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.
- Set monthly and weekly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Conduct regular field visits for customer meetings, business development, and market expansion.
- Generate recent business opportunities through field sales, networking, referrals, and direct customer interactions.
- Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to improve productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance on sales strategies and customer handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify new markets and opportunities to increase branch revenue.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Ensure proper follow-up with leads,



prospects, and existing customers.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting procedures.
- Take responsibility for achieving branch-level revenue and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Branch Management, or a related field.
- Experience in field sales and team handling is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel and conduct regular field visits.
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve monthly targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market.
- Candidates with experience in managing sales teams will be preferred.
