Marathi Teacher (Primary Teacher)

Position: Marathi Teacher – Primary Teacher
Location: Universal School, Malad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

- Teach Marathi to students from Grades 1–4.
- Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Use creative activities, stories, poems, and interactive methods to make learning interesting.
- Prepare worksheets, assessments, and classroom activities.
- Monitor and maintain students’ academic progress.
- Provide individual attention and support wherever required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events and co-curricular activities.





Requirements:

- Solid command of Marathi language and grammar.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to teach young learners effectively.
- Creative, patient, and enthusiastic approach towards teaching.
- Prior experience teaching Marathi at the primary level is preferred.
- School teaching experience will be an advantage.

Qualification: Graduate with B.Ed./D.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred.
