Job Summary

Prime Gold Hub is hiring Tamil & Telugu-speaking Telecallers for our Voice Process team.

The role involves handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, updating information in the CRM, and following up with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Communicate with customers in Tamil and Telugu.
- Update customer details, requirements, and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers and leads.
- Provide relevant information based on customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
- Maintain professional customer interactions.

Requirements

- Tamil & Telugu – mandatory
- Good verbal communication skills.




- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Confident and customer-friendly approach.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of voice process/telecalling/customer service experience preferred.
