About the role

DHARTI SING TEL is a heritage regional Ahmedabad edible-oil brand which is currently inoperative. Mention “DHARTI SING TEL” to someone over the age of 45 who was born and raised in Ahmedabad and has spent most of their life here, and you may see something shift immediately: recognition, memory, a sense of home. The brand is now being relaunched online as a modern, premium consumer business with a direct-to-consumer approach and a solid focus on product quality, customer experience and intelligent growth.

We are looking for someone who can help us manage the complete customer journey:

Find customers → Convert them → Support them → Learn from them → Bring them back.

You will work directly with the promoter and play an important role in building DHARTI’s customer base from the ground up.

What you will do

- Help acquire new customers across Ahmedabad through enquiries, referrals, communities and local outreach.
- Respond to prospective customers over phone and WhatsApp and help convert genuine enquiries into sales.
- Support customers with product, order, delivery, payment and complaint-related queries.
- Follow up after purchase to understand product experience and collect meaningful feedback.
- Understand why customers buy, why some do not buy, and why some do not reorder.
- Encourage genuine repeat purchases and referrals without aggressive selling.
- Maintain customer records, follow-ups, purchase history and feedback in a structured CRM/database.




- Share recurring customer insights with the promoter to help improve product, packaging, marketing and service.

Who we are looking for

You may be a robust fit if you:

- Have experience in customer sales, support, telesales, customer success, D2C, ecommerce or CRM.
- Are confident speaking with customers and asking good follow-up questions.
- Can sell without sounding scripted or pushy.
- Are organised with follow-ups and customer records.
- Can use Excel or Google Sheets confidently.
- Speak Gujarati and Hindi fluently, with good working English.
- Are Ahmedabad-based and willing to work from the office.

Experience with Shopify, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, ecommerce, FMCG or food brands is an advantage.

- generate repeat purchases;
