We are developing a manufacturing facility for cast polyurethane (PU) wear-resistant products used in mining, mineral processing and heavy industries.

We are seeking a responsible production technician to assist with PU casting operations and manufacturing under the supervision of our Technical Head.

Responsibilities

- Prepare moulds and equipment according to approved procedures.
- Operate PU casting, mixing and curing equipment after training and authorisation.
- Follow documented material quantities, process temperatures and curing instructions.
- Assist with demoulding, finishing and inspection of PU components.
- Record batch details, material consumption and production output.
- Identify and report bubbles, voids, dimensional defects and other quality issues.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and assist with routine maintenance.
- Follow chemical-handling procedures, PPE requirements and workplace safety instructions.
- Support manufacturing of PU screen panels,



liners, scraper blades, conveyor skirting and related components.

Requirements

- ITI, diploma or relevant technical experience preferred.
- Experience in polyurethane casting, rubber manufacturing or industrial production is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn specialised cast-PU manufacturing processes.
- Attention to detail, discipline and commitment to quality and safety.
- Willingness to work in office in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

Candidates with relevant hands-on casting experience will be preferred.
