Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Junior Designer to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Mohali, Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying pharmaceutical packaging designs, carton designs, labels, and other product artwork, ensuring accuracy and proper coordination with the QA Department and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify carton, label, box, and product packaging designs.
- Prepare artwork according to required carton size, dimensions, dielines, and printing specifications.
- Coordinate with the QA Department to check and verify all text matter and product details before finalizing designs.
- Make necessary corrections in artwork as per QA observations.
- Check spelling, alignment, dimensions, product information, and overall artwork accuracy.
- Send final designs to clients for approval and make revisions based on client feedback.
- Maintain proper records of approved, revised, and final artwork.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, Purchase, and other departments for artwork finalization.
- Ensure that only the approved final artwork is sent for printing.
- Manage multiple product designs and revisions while meeting deadlines.





Required Software

CorelDRAW is mandatory.
Candidates must have good working knowledge of CorelDRAW, particularly for carton, label, packaging, and print-ready artwork preparation.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of carton dimensions, sizes, dielines, and printing requirements.
- Positive attention to detail.
- Ability to carefully check text matter and make corrections.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to work with QA and production teams.
- Ability to handle revisions and client approvals.
- Freshers with good CorelDRAW skills can also apply.

Candidate Profile

Candidates from pharmaceutical, FMCG, Ayurvedic, cosmetic, or packaging design backgrounds will be preferred. The candidate should be responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling packaging artwork from initial design through QA checking and final client approval.

Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
