Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Trainee to support our Human Resources team in day-to-day operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions including recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and documentation activities
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
- Support HR team in daily operations and reporting

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA (HR) students or graduates / PGDM IN HR
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
